Shipping policy


We will ship your items as soon as possible after receipt of your order. Processing time may occasionally take up to 2/3 working days. However, if there is any unforeseen issue with regard to our processing the order, or product availability, we will contact you to discuss the options, or to arrange a refund if necessary.

Delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen by you, and is dependent on your location and postal service provider. We cannot accept responsibility for postal service delays or disruption in service caused by strikes, weather conditions, or other transport service issues.

We cannot accept responsibility for goods that are damaged in shipping via standard post as these are not covered by insurance. While we take every good care to pack your items safely and securely, if they are damaged or missing in the case of standard post, we cannot provide a refund or replacement. Please ensure that you choose registered post if you prefer to have complete peace of mind with regard to goods not being damaged in transit or going missing in the post.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Zavana Wellness, 184 Glendale, Leixlip, Kildare, W23 W417, Ireland.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
