You will need to find some time and space where you can relax undisturbed. You might like to switch off your phone or turn down the lights. Find a surface that's comfortable to lie on or a chair to sit on. Make sure that you are warm enough. You may need a cushion or a pillow to support your neck or back.
Never force your breathing. You can come out of a meditation anytime you like. Just open your eyes.
Whenever you are listening to a guided meditation or relaxation, you will be in a very relaxed state of mind, and may even fall asleep. This means you mustn’t operate any kind of machinery. So enjoy, but no driving cars or flying planes please!
